File Rejected as Medical not sent in 45 days

Hello,

My file was rejected as the reason given that I did not sent them Medical and other document in 45 days.

But the truth is I did not receive any letter for Medical request.

So, Can I reopen my file?

send CSI to your VO and tell them about your situation, other wise rite to the CIC for that.
