File receipt

I have sent my file on 7th july nad they received it on 16 the July. it was more then 100 days now and I did not get any receipt so can anyone please guide me what should I do?

Is that your initial application to CIC? If so, check out the post-June-26 thread:

You will see that nobody has had an AOR or file number yet. However, they recently are moving on this by publishing numbers of applications, so we are hopeful that AORs should be forthcoming in the next week or two.

Relax dude,

Some people who sent their application on April haven't received the AOR yet, don't worry it takes some time.

still call on their helpline to check the status of your file ? its good to make a followup.

this is correct number. use options 1....2.....1.....2......1

and stay on hold and dont disconnect until agent speaks. they can ask ur date of birth,name etc
