How many days it takes to get the file number after submitting the file..... and how long it can take to get medical request after getting file number ?

About 20 days to get the AOR ( with file number ) and no one will be able to tell you how long it takes for the MR.
Right now September 2013 applicants are receiving MRs.

I am planning to move other province. I am planning to stay with my friends until I get job over there. How advance I have to let CIC know about address changes. I have applied file by representatives. Is it ok, if I do not change address until I get the job over there? Or provide them my friend’s address and again change when I moved to new place after getting job.

No worries. CIC communicate only through e-mail. Find your new place after getting job and ask your representative to change your address.
