File not found error in Arrima portal

I have filled up my CAQ application and then when the file number was open to be used, I had made an Arrima account. But there I am not being able to link my file number as it is constantly showing that the file number or records are not found. I have cross checked multiple times and it seems that I have made no mistakes in any step. Kindly advise me what can be done regarding this error as I need to upload the documents on Arrima at the earliest. Thank you.
