File Naming

I'm really confused about how the uploaded files should be named.
I understand lastname - firstname - document type - #
But, there are several documents in the "Other" category. Based on what they are saying about naming, I have several named
Lastname - FirstName - Other - 1
Lastname - FirstName - Other - 2
Lastname - FirstName - Other - 3
Lastname - FirstName - Other - 4
etc....
How in the world are they going to be able to know what is in the "Other - 1", 2, 3 etc documents?
I was thinking naming them - Other - whats in the document.pdf , but that would break their naming instructions.
