File is Approved but PPR email is not received

Hi

I called CIC today to know the status of my application.
They told my file was approved and PPR email for sent, but I didnt recived any emails from CIC regarding this.

They said email was sent on Jan 2/3rd week, will that effect my days left to send my passport?

What should I do now.


Please help me.

the e-mail requesting my passport went to promotion flies, so I was lucky to have watched it

Yes I have check there also. Still I'm not able to find

Check your junk mail.. It might be there
But how did you manage get cic officer number
