Try to link your application online to know if a decision has already been made or it’s still under process. You can easily track your application via it

how you get refusal thru gc key
as i am reapplied with medical and biometrics already done ,y u were refused

my file reach on 18 march and i got dispatch information on 21 march but due to lockdown i have not gt my courier ,,is it refusal

Nobody can tell you whats the final decision. Just open IRCC website and there is an option to Create a GC Key. Fill all your information and then Application number and link your file.

he has not shared anything , i see this on vfs canada ,else i think it is refusal only ,will they send approval mail or i applied on 17 march , application reach 18 march delhi and dispatch on 21 march 11 am , and lockdown happen higher chances i think its refusal as you got in three days also
Please be informed that with immediate effect (Friday,20 March 2020) the VAC’s will NOT be accepting passports at the time of submission of paper applications (TRV/Student /Work) following the instructions from the High Commission of Canada until further notice.

According to VFS, they said they will stop receiving passport starting March 20th, and you submitted your application before March 20th so I think maybe a decision has been on ur application. Just to be 100 percent sure , kindly contact your agent and asked if he or she already linked your application online. If it’s a yes ask for the log in details so you can check and if it’s a No. you need to open an account in order to know the update. I can guide you thru account opening if you can’t

but i have not any application no. , and i am trying to make contact but i think its refusal bcoz how they will able to stamp visa in 3 days only

I understand but just get all the necessary info from the agent. Get ur application number and UCI from he or she
