sure the bills for the honeymoon is good ..
is one a us citizen and one a cdn citizen?
If thats the case I am sure that a bank account can be opened in cda with both names just need to state that the other spouse is non-resident with proper ID. If they speak with the bank there is ways to establish it. He could add her name to the rental agreement if he has insurance put her as the beneficiary.. anything that normal married couples do. The more proof that their lives are intertwined the better .. bills he can contact each of the utilties and see if she can be put on it as well. I'm not sure of the procedures.
