File being processed at CIO, so is it in Sydney Visa Office?

Received GCMS notes and my Primary Office is noted as the Centralized Intake Office.
So is it safe to say my file is being processed in Sydney, NS?

I thought the CIO was only for R10 checks.

Yes I have, nothing negative, my eligibility was 'Met'.
The rest of the checks had not started, so at least I am relieved the pending things are outside of my control.

so did u figure out wat is CIO?? in my GCMS notes it's is primary vo as CIO, secondary Ottawa vo, third vo,-edmonton.so wat would be my vo??
