File approved but no ppr

i called cuc agent and they said my file is approved but they have not issued ppr yet 185 days from AOR.

Can anyone know wat will be the reason for delay to send ppr email?

My file is at ndvo

Days from AoR don't matter. Days from file approved matter.
When was your file approved? If it was few days back then you will get your PPR mail soon.
If it was 2-3 weeks back or earlier than that, then you should better raise a CSE.
Also, have you checked your bulk/spam folders? It could be possible that you have already gotten the mail but it went astray!

It was approved on 5 october

I have checked everything but no email

M so tensed

Y they are not sending the email if my file is approved

It's been only 3-4 days since your file was approved.
Don't worry. You will get your email in a day or two.

My friend got PPR after his application approved for 3 weeks. It will come, don't worry.

Did you get any update yet , i am in the same boat application approved but no ppr yet it was approved around mid september , i am pnp inland warsaw visa office
 
I think the delay is caused by the fact that the file was transfered to outside visa office..are you inland by any chance?

Normally, emailing or calling.

If you call and they say that your file is in LVO, chances are your application is still in progress. Canada will only have the information if LVO sends back a confirmation of approval.
