File a tax return as a refugee claimant

I'm aware of that. I was looking into how to file the return using NETFILE and one of the restrictions is (you are a non-resident of Canada).
Since refugee claimants are out of status, are they considered non-residents?
Since you are in Canada you have to claim a tax I also did it when I was refugee claimant , even if you don’t work you have to do it , visit any tax office they will tech you how to do it
Your immigration status is irrelevant to your tax residency status. Yes, refugees can certainly be residents for tax purposes.
Hello everyone , I am registered today I am in a situation .. my H&C was refused by immigration and last week by JR it seems my lawyer arguments was very weak as she let judge ask all questions from the immigration rep and according to her judge did not ask her a single question.. anyway.. I file h&C on health grounds, my Liver got failed , after my refugee was failed i remained underground for 20 years and admitted to hospital and remained hospitalized for 3 months and doctor wrote in his report i would remain alive for 3 days then 3 months but still I am alive since Jan 2022 and now in queue for transplant and regularly visit Toronto Liver hospital. as My JR also refused last week.. I intend to file another h&C as both immigration nor judge ask for additional health documents. My liver specialist clearly stated I cannot walk to travel... even CBSA cancel my warrant and even said sorry for inviting for the interview when they saw my health condition.. I am soo much tense I dont have much to pay to lawyer as I am not working but can give some.. ... Anyone here can provide any advise on my email : mobeen.khan50@yahoo.com
