Wow, that's great. I have IELTS 9, 1 year Canadian experience, 10 years foreign experience, bachelor's degree, 34 years old, with a partner who has IELTS 9, bachelor's degree, is a grad student at a Canadian school, 32 years old, and we are only at 466.

I am surprised to see your score , its amaizing good for you. Well when is the next draw going to be. Probably CIC wants to run the draw only when they have enough people who hav high score..may be above 700. This system is just ridiculous.....

Well no matter how good my score is, I still don't stand a chance against candidates with 700+.
I tend to agree with your prediction, CIC will do the next draw once there are enough people above 700 points.
I don't think they want to select anyone without a job offer+LMIA, at least not until they exhaust the PNP's.
Maybe they are just waiting for a larger number of PNP's to register and then they will do the draw.

More delay leads to increase the cut off score since more people get into the pool in this duration,
I don't think the cut off score will be dropped less than 700 in next draw, against my will !

Quite impossible...there are PNPs coming up. The most positive estimation is probably after June it will drop to 400+.

Getting ITA for people with 350 points means all above that are already selected for ITA.

Delay between draws doesn't affect the number of ITAs they're going to issue in any way. Whether it would be 2 draws of 750 ITAs or 1 draw of 1500 ITAs, pretty much the same people would get their invitations.
