Couple of questions to add to this thread. Thanks for all of your hard work to keep the spirits going high in these tough times.

Just some background, I submitted my application in March of this year without submitting my spouse's Police Clearance Certificate because of COVID-19/20 measures.

- Will I get AOR1 (whenever that is) even though PCC is not there? Or will they wait for me to submit PCC first?
- Does CPC Sydney actually look at PCC or just Sponsor's documentation?

They said they will not return applications because of documents missing due to COVID-19. AOR is issued once it is confirmed that your application package is complete, this plus the fact that applications with missing documents will be put onhold might give you an idea that may not receive AOR. Or may be depending on the missing document and its impact to the application, you may receive it followed by a request to submit missing PCC.
