Few Questions

Hi,

I am about to send my full application to ND. I have few questions about the documents.

1. Do I need to fill forms at this stage? My consultant says nothing is needed. Even though, my husband's sis is now a PR holder.

2. I have worked in 3 different companies in India during 2006-2007 for short period of time. I do have experience certificate for all of them, but it does not contain duties. some does not even contain my designation it only says employee id. Are the duties required in those jobs ?

I don't have a Contract for two of these companies ... is it ok to send just the experience letters ? Also, they dont come under my AEO (NOC Code).

3. My husband's sister just got her PR for canada .. she landed last week, but didn't receive her PR card .. so should we just write a letter to CIC saying that she does not have PR card yet and send her SIN no? Bottom line is do we need to declare about our relatives in canada even if we are not claiming points for them?

Please suggest me .. I dont feel confident with my consultant's answers on this.

Many Thanks,

1. You need to fill the following forms:

See the "Complete the application" section on our Web site for specific

A - 2 Skilled Workers - New Delhi
USE OF A REPRESENTATIVE (IMM 5476)
Complete and include this form in your application if you have a representative.

2. If you are claiming experience points for that you need proof of that else not required.

3. If your are not claiming points for your SIL then you don't need any proof. Just send in a copy of her SIN to be on the safe side since anyways you will need to truthfully disclose the relative who is there.

These are my two cents. Seniors may be able to assist you better.
