Details of sponsor's residence history since the time your sponsorship application was submitted
This section sounds illogical as there is no gap in submission of other immigrations forms and this questionnaire, should we still provide some details like residence history of last few years?

2. Having trouble opening this form for some reason - I assume the dates signed should be the date the form is completed?
3. I would be as detailed as possible, so include it all.
4. We included, several pictures, joint bank account/credit card info, chat logs, call logs, joint lease/utilities, letters from family and friends, all the cards we got for our wedding, paperwork showing he was my beneficiary, etc etc.
5. If no drop down box comes up and you can't type it, leave it.
6. I'm not familiar with this form? The residency part I remember filling out was the past 10yrs..
