Members volunteer their time and give advice for free on this forum. If you're in a hurry/looking for instant answers then you should hire an immigration consultant.

IMO (and based on your list of documents) your chances of getting TRVs are low.

You must prove you have strong ties to your home country (employment/business, property ownership/lease agreement, family ties, good financial situation, previous travel history, etc).

Your purpose of visit ie merely stating it's a family visit will not work. You must prepare an itinerary like a typical tourist and prove that you can pay for the itinerary + airfare.

You have not included any documents from your cousin as the host

I am sorry if you feel offended.

1. I am also including my employment letter from current employer as currently I am in US on H1 which shows I will have to come back

2. Also regardless of airfare, in terms of itinerary what else should i include

3. From host, apart from letter of invitation, what else am i suppose to get from them.

Hi,

You must demonstrate your strong ties to both the US as well as to your home country. Similarly for your wife.

For your employment:
Employment letter + leave approval letter stating you'll have your job when you return + 2 year tax returns + 6 months salary slips + 4 months bank statements + any reason to return by a specific date with evidence

Other ties/evidence:
Rent agreement + 2-3 months' rent payments + financial investments (locked-in or available for your visit) + any ties to your home country (property ownership/land + family ties, etc)

You must prepare a day-by-day itinerary for sightseeing, visiting family/friends.... with expense estimates.... and prove you have the finances to pay for this itinerary + airfare.

You can prepare an Explanation: My Travel History.... in a tabular format giving visa details + entry/exit dates + purpose of visit + scan the visas

From your cousin:
Invitation letter + copies of his/her passport and immigration status in Canada + financial documents (if they wish to provide their bank statements, NOA, whatever is applicable)

Cheers
