Few months of part-time work paid once at the end

During my bachelor's project I worked for a few months on some work with a company, the total work would amount to (120 hours) so equivalent to one month of full time work. I was paid an amount of money at the end.
Can I include this into my work history? I will be providing the reference letter (with the hours worked every month and job responsibility, probably as an independent contractor) along with the payment proof (the payment was one-time-payment at the end).

Can this be accepted? the payment was not recurrent with them, this I think would be the biggest issue, but the work was paid and everything.

Contract work or self-employment doesn't qualify.

You should also check your work permit and see you are not prohibited from engaging in contract work or self-employment.
