Yup, things have halted again. No Re-medical papers for MI-1, no news on fresh medicals. Some movement for 29 NOC list is happening.

I am buzzing my consultant almost daily. The above update is of Saturday.

Still I am hopeful that this Festival Season will provide us double joy i.e. of festivals & our applications processing.

Well, If it means as Festival bonanza, Lets wait till festivals to start along with MR, -- Ganesha, Navaratri, Diwali and New year. So by the New year we all are going to hold MR atleast..

Yes, MAY" FESTIVAL- BONANZA" bring a new lease of life for all of us !!!!

So the pending inventory is of only 352 cases and 1792 are in Process and 2909 have been selected and issued visa. So its not a big deal for NDVO to process 1792+352 cases only matter of two months. So just hold your breath and wait for bulk visas and medical issuances

Dear friends only 1792 cases lest to be processed till 8th of April 2012 many would have been processed till now. The actual figures will be updated by end of this month

I started this thread on 31st August confirming the developments in NDVO for 38 NOC list. I had been updating that one or two MRs are also coming in 10 - 15 day with my consultant.

I even posted updates in below thread.

Few MRs, few additional docs but people hardly believed & termed it as I started this thread just for the sake of starting it, since then I had been silently reading this forum & not updating small happenings at NDVO for MI-1 which my consultant shared with me.

No Friends I am no soothsayer, I was just sharing the Info I received from my consultant. I just do 2 things as far as canadian immigration is concerned.

Sharing new update from this forum with my consultant which they are not aware & any new update from my consultant which in vital for this forum, I post them here

I am pleased to learn that it actually proved to be "FESTIVAL BONANZA" for many as there were bulk MRs just 5 days before DIWALI... amidst FESTIVAL SEASON.

Although still I am awaiting my MR but my consultant received as many as 150 MRs for 38 NOC list on 8th Nov 2012

CHEERS to all who have moved ahead & wishing them a prompt VISA.

This has paved a way for people like me waiting for MR with new hopes & beliefs that our turn will come soon.

And i have seen your previous post , you was saying that CHC are sending MR on RIRO basis but it is sure noe that they are send MR on FIFO basis. They have almost completed march 2010 applicant alongwith some of april 2010 applicant .

I dont know whether they first complete the VISA process for the appplicant who received their MR or issue some more MR's. Let's wait and watch !!

Yup you are apt in saying that we have to wait & watch the trend of NDVO for completing the process but buddy, one thing is sure & proved now that NDVO is working RIRO.

I applied in May 2010, 2nd AOR in NOV 2010 & Real IP with date in March 2012 still I am waiting for MR but there are many who have 1st & 2nd AoR later than me, IP date later than me but got MR.

So lets see when the Visa Officer having our file, picks it up for further processing & issues instructions for sending MR
