My counsultant who is in Canada said our (MI 1 applicants) MR will come only after Sept. 29 is it true? He didn't share any more on it.

I also received same statement from my consultant on 3rd sept-2012 that they will take time till sept end.rest God only knows.
as we claim and hope for this every month.....

did the consultants say how the MR are coming, through email or regular post ?

i thought, like the trend now, it would come via email. but a few MI2 applicants from europe have reported that they received by ordinary post...

The 5 letters Censored Name goes right with my consultant also. (In India).

I x-chked for updates & I was supplied with below info.

NDVO working on complex cases which were having some issues viz.

Sept 2009 MI-1 case > received refusal due to X reason > sent re-consideration > Case re-considered by NDVO now MR received yesterday.

Previously couple of MI-1 cases received Re-medicals

One NOC 0213 received fresh medicals in last week of August.

I just fail to understand what exactly NDVO is doing.
