Want to add one more fact;

1. There is some duration in which you must activate your approved loan (India), otherwise it shall lapse and you will be in high and dry situation. For example, as per UCO bank policy, you must use your approved loan within first 3 months, otherwise apply again for loan. So, first check with your bank.
