We were asked to send our passport for visa stamping last month and we were called today to pay for the releasing of our passport I'm just curios why do we have to pay 50 thousand pesos for the release does it mean it has already been stamped??

1. Did you pay the right of Permanent Residence Fee, of $490.00 per adult? If not that is the fee, but on the Manila Web site, it shows as 21000 Pesos per person.
