fees paid with VISA, CIC still sent a copy to be stamped by my bank

Do I just discard it? I paid 1040$ with my credit card, but I received a mail from CIC yesterday to stamp it by my bank and return to CIC... What do I do?

Just do it. They might have difficulties identifying your transaction for some reasons. They don't just ask random document for no reason

Thanks, I am going to try to call them. I was submitting my PR application and the last step is to pay the fees, which I did. Then 5 days later I received this receipt to bring to my bank and they are asking me to send it back with a stamp. I can clearly see that the payment went through on my visa transactions history.....

I just called and they are busy so the call was disconnected.
