Fees for Sponsoring Spouse and Children

I understood the fee for the application but for dependent children it says:

Sponsor a dependent child $150 (per child)

Include any dependent child $150 (per child)

I'm sponsoring my wife and two children.

I paid $1040 for sponsorship fee, principal applicant fee and right of permanent residence fee.

And I paid $300 for the 2 children. Is this correct or should I have paid $600 for the children?

$300 is the correct amount for two children that are being sponsored along with your spouse.

I paid in advance for biometrics and have already finished and got those approved. And no work permit.
