Hi Seniors please suggest me how to go about in my case.

I have already posted some posts on my situation, but I am trying to put more info this time
with the possible mistakes I did and trying ways to solve

I am June 2013 applicant with NOC 2174 and with my first GCMS notes every thing looked good
with eligibility "Recommend Passed" and junior VO notes saying "CEC requirement appears to be met".
But I have not received my MR or RPRF request yet, applicant with my time line got it 2 weeks back only.

I have applied for new GCMS notes last week and need to wait for 3 more weeks to see senior VO comments.
Mean time here are the following mistakes I can think off which could have delayed my case, please
let me know how costly mistakes are and how can I rectify it if they are serious issues

- I moved back to home country in Nov 2013 as our contract with Canadian company is over.
I am still with my employer through whom I went to Canada.

But I have not informed CIC about my new address and phone number thinking that change of address to home
country might delay processing and also thinking that any communication CIC will do over email not phone.
But now I am seeing people receiving call from CIC randomly, is this could be reason in my case, as old number not work any more?
I sent email for change of address yesterday with phone number is that fine?

- My employer operates business from home country, my employer number on the reference letter has 613 number.
Since he operates business from out side Canada, he will respond to only voice mails and he can't pick calls because of time differences.
I checked with my employer to see any voice mails, but he says no and also I noticed in some threads that CIC called more than once to reach employer/ applicant but they never leave voice mails :(

- GCMS notes I have applied for 3rd time, does applying GCMS notes more number of time cause any issue?

Seniors please advise what should I do now, I am really worried. Does above mistakes are costly to reject my application?

1. Send them an e mail regarding address change.
2. Putting an outside address or number is highly suspicious!! As experience need to be inside Canada!! Doesn't your company have an office in Canada? Why dont u use that one!?!?
3. U can leave Canada after applying that is no problem and does not affect your application!!
4 . Wait and see ur GCMS .. as long as no one sent a rejection yet.. u r good..
5. Vontqct them by phone and see what they would say

Thanks Maza for reply

1. I did sent them email yesterday with current address and current phone number to contact ( my home country mobile number )
2. We have our registered office in Canada, but no one is there are the moment. Since our contract is done my manager also moved to home country, he check voice mails daily. Registered office still there as there could be more business coming in future
3. Yeah, I should have changed address when I left canada :(
4. Waiting for GCMS notes and also sent them email requesting for status and if they need any additional document.
I doubt they will reply to that

5. How to contact them personally? I called call center , but they say application is in Ottawa office and they didn't give any number to call.
Is emailing only option?

In most of the cases CIC call employer just to verify that reference letter is correct. If you eligibility is Pass then they wont call your employer.

There are many people I know who have gone back to their home country which I do not see an issue as long as you you satisfy all your CEC conditions. I would advise you to mail CIC regarding your medicals and check the status. Since GCMS takes one month you should get your reply within few days of your mail.

I sent an email seeking update on my application, but just got back standard reply "Due to the high volume of correspondence received, we are unable to provide a status update to you. The officer responsible for your file will contact you if any action is required from you. " :(
