Fee submit issue, Need your Advice.

I would like to share my experience of filling my PR to CANADA office and also need your advice; I have sent my PR application along with all the necessary documents from New Delhi to Canada Sydney Office on 24 June 09 through DHL courier.

I applied as a Skilled Worker Principal Applicant, Spouse & two kids below 22 years. All 4 (four) were mentioned in the PR. As required to mention in the application.
I have applied for the Federal Skilled Worker Category 1.

I had attached the Bank Draft of ICICIBank Ltd Mumbai India, in CAD $ 1890/- pay to “Canadian High Commission Canada”. (Fee for the PR and Immigration Process)
&
Secondly I attached the Bank Draft of ICICIBank Ltd Mumbai India, in CAD $ 150/- pay to “Canadian High Commission Canada”. (Fee for the Application for a Work Permit Made Outside of Canada) as suggested by some one in Canada.

But my Application and complete Documents returned back to me on 8 Aug 2009. Reason Mentioned in the letter from them,
The below contents had copied from the letter I have received from “Case Processing Center “Sydney, Nova Scotia “.

Please suggest the right steps so that I can again start my process for the same. Can I resubmit the fee through the Internet (Online Fee Submit channel) or do I have to prepare another DD of $1400 CAN. And sent it to there alone with my all documents?

if its FSW, you should submit through DD. Submit the right amount and i think the payee name is wrong too. So get that corrected. Something like....governor general of canada., but make sure it is correct.

at initial stage u have to submit only application processing fee. in ur case that is CAD1400. send exactly same amount and resubmit ur app.

Cancel your first DD and take your money back.
Get a new draft of 1400 Canadian dollars payable to Receiver General for Canada and resubmit your entire application
