Fee payment

Hello,
I received the ITA and am gathering the documents to apply.
I did not understand when and how is the fee payed. Is it online? Do I have to pay before or after sending my application?
In my CIC account there is the fee I have to pay, but there's no option for actually paying.
Appreciate your help!

Once you completed upload documents, there is option fee payment appear on the last page, however, it's up to you, you wanna pay first or wait for them request to pay later.
