Fee Payment for Federal Skilled worker program

We want to pay the fee for me and my spouse which is 1100$ Canadian dollar by using CIC website for payment by credit card (like payment to WES) prior to send application at website given in bracket(eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/orderSummary.do) given on the website I Just wana confirm. is the fastest and reliable option rather giving out the details of credit card in the Fees form (IMM5620).

proper and prompt guidance in this regard will be highly appreciated

You cant pay by online. There is only two options credit card or demand draft...
