fee payment before or after the visa (Education Loan)

Hi Guys,

I have secured admission in Humber college for IT Solutions (Enterprise Development) sept 14 intake.
Now my next step is to apply for visa but the dilemma here i can not apply for visa without paying the fee and i am planning to take education loan from an indian bank and my bank says they will disburse the amount after my visa..

So how do people who have flown earlier tackled this vicious cycle?

Also please guide which are the best banks who provide bank loans?
 
Why should bank interfare with the visa?
Their duty is to give you a loan and transfer it to the college and that too before visa.
Which bank by the way?

SBI they are making a big fuss to disburse the money before VISA they say before disbursement i need to show them the visa.
 
Go to cic website and take a print out of check list to show to them about fee receipt.
However it is not necessary to pay the fee prior to visa but everyone pays the fee to make their application strong.
Bank nu veere bas interest chaida..or go for HDFC.

Yes i am going to show them the CIC checklist and admission letter..
HDFC and Credila are same??

Brother in my case same thing happened i have offer letter of Conestoga college
I applied in bank of baroda
My loan got sanctioned but now they are are saying that first show us the copy of the visa if you want the amount to get disbursed can anyone please tell me what should i do i showed them rules on cic website
I tried every possible thing to convince them can anyone please tell me what to do now?
