Fee payment again??

Hi, Everyone.

I am now finishing up my full documents but I got confused.
I sent a certified cheque when I was sending my first application to NS. $550 in last December.

And I am preparing full doc to Buffalo and looking at Visa Office specific instruction for Buffalo.
There is a fee payment page again which comes out the calculation as $550.

So do I have to pay two times of '$550'?

No. U don't need to pay that processing fees again [CAD550]. U may send the RPRF though [CAD490], but not necessary at this stage... CHC'll ask u for it later.

Thank you Qorax. I think they should take the fee payment part away from buffalo instruction guide..it is confusing
