Fee payment after Joining...am I eligible for SDS??

Hi...
My college has its fee payment after I join...in the first semester...
Am I still eligible for SDS???Does anybody know???

Did your offer letter state That you should deposit your fee on your first day?
If so
You have to deposit the fee+GIC amount before applying
And sds eligibility depends on your IELTS score
If each above 6

No...But I have official mail from college stating that fees are to be paid in september...
I dont have IELTS...but TOEFL with score 105.....converted to 7.5 IELTS

No you are not eligible for sds..
Sds have some requirements which must be fulfilled no matter what..
That are one year college fees , GIC and 6 band in each module.

Moreover toefl is not accepted in sds.. only ielts is acceptable .
