Hello everyone.

Thought Id share my timeline too. I have been a silent observer of this thread/forum and its helpful seeing you're not the only one going through this.Misery loves company after all.

my timeline

Office: Ottawa
Application filed: October 28th 2014
AOR/File transfer to Ottawa: Feb 2015
Meds upfront: Feb 2015
Meds request: March 2015
RPRF request and paid: June 22nd 2015
Request for additional doc (police certificate from home country): June 30th 2015. Sent July 7th 2015
ECAS update: IN PROCESS , July 2nd 2015

Any idea how long till DM or PPR?

Any idea how long till DM or PPR?

Did they explicitly tell you that it was missing? Did you not submit one with your initial application? A few other members including me received an automated reminder email which you have to ignore if you already sent your police certificate(s) with your initial application, that's why I'm asking.

i wanted to share my timeline:

- CSQ received: Nov 17 2014
- Federal filed: Dec 11 2014
- #File: March 31 2015
- Medical request: April 4 2015
- Medical done: April 13 2015
- in process status: May 11 2015
- Additional doc and RPRF requested: new police certificates, since the ones I sent were two years old, May 11 2015
- New doc reached CIO: July 7th

.... and still waiting

Anyone with the same timeline?!?

Thank you Jad, Eid Mubarak to you too. We are planning to move to Montreal permanently in the first week of Oct. I hope we get passport back soon.

In my opinion I think it might be a good idea to send a copy of your police certificate which you sent with original application with a letter stating that original was submitted with the application.

What if they have put file on hold waiting to hear back from you? Getting a response from your side would bring the file back in limelight. There is also a possibility that they are expecting a new PCC as previous one might be expired.

So in either case its better to send a response instead of sitting back and waiting for something to happen. If they are expecting new one then after your response they will inform you for the same.

Anyway just my thoughts.....

and found a email by CIC received on 13 July.
It's lucky for me that I do not miss the letter that asked me to send the IMM5669E table.....

Guys

Passport submitted in on 15th July 2015 and got it back on 24th July 2015 with visa stamped. Considering the fact that from 17 till 21 there were public holidays so it was impressive work by embassy.
