Thank you. Didn't they ask you to renew your medical test? I realized that it will expire after one year.

@ xpert : the process started 2013-03-06 what took too long is the security check in "CBSA" took around 8 months.

@ QC : i was waiting for get a request to renew the medical but fortunately they didn't and in my GCMS i see that a gent requested an extension for it in march.

what is CBSA? I wonder why it took so long for security when some people it only takes 2 months. Weird.

CBSA : Canada Border Services Agency

its random , i have the same case with 2 friends , came at the same to canada , studied the same major finished same time . i applied before them 2 months they got it before me a month and half !
even , since i came to canada i never traveled outside , not even outside quebec . my friends traveled couple times which means should be more security checking for their cases . so to conclude its random depending on the agent that treat you application . i ordered the gcms in the end of feb
