Happy new year!

Just wanted to drop a line

My timeline is:


March 13th 2012 - CSQ obtained
May 11th 2012 - ECAS ( PR application received )
August 15th 2012 - Medical reached Ottawa
around 3 weeks later (approx) - ECAS ( Medical received )

So it has been almost 8 months since AOR & 5 months since Medical received!

And still waiting :

Hi Harvie, I got the RCMP and the ones from my home country, I sent this last ones to translate (notarized) and should receive them soon, so I'll send all documents together, hopefully very soon

Med's requested - APR 24, 2012
Med's received - May 22, 2012

Waiting for passport request.

My ECAS status still shows application received.

It would be good to track the country of origin and where the app was originally submitted because they all have different processing times. I am US Citizen submitted to Sydney which was then forwarded to Ottawa.

It probably is around the time when ppl who got their "Med Received" in June 2012 to get their PPR.
I hope you guys hear it soon!!!! all this waiting drains us out...

Got married and add my wife to application and got csq for her.
22 november medical request
13 january 2013 medical recieved in e cas

and then I emailed them and I got this reply, please help me what it means. does it mean my app is in "process"?

Your file is currently in progress at our office. No action on your part is required.

An officer responsible for your file will contact you when your action is required, including the RPRF payment, which will be requested at a later stage if your application is approved.

For more information regarding paying your fees, please see our ...

In meantime, please ensure your contact information is up to date.
