Aug 2013: application received,
November 2013: Medical received
Jan 2014: Police certification request
Feb 2014: Police certification sent
June 2014: In process
October 2014: Application sent from Sydney to Ottawa
March 2015: PPR from New York

I'm in the same boat. My passport arrived in Ottawa on March 12. Tracker on my self addressed postage has not been activated.

I have sent it to New York, I received PPR email from New York, but I think processing time is almost the same

Anyone applied in January 2014？ I've checked the tracker created by Suryak86 and found out I'm the only one who applied in January. It seems something happened to January applicants. My friends and I applied pretty much the same date in January, 5 of us have been asked to update or redo our personal information /PCC /new medical results.....the worst thing was cic didn't ask for these documents at a time, they asked for 3 times , each time asked for different docs,which was really a waste of time. I'm wondering what really happened there? Anyone has any idea?

The tracker on my self addressed postage has been activated today. So from CPC-Ottawa receiving my passport to sending it back was exactly 2 weeks.
