Federal Stage applicants

Hi guys

Please help me.Valid IELTS and FRENCH certificates are necessary for federal stage or not.I confused for this situation.because my both certificates will expire in October 2016.anybody help me.

There is no need to provide any language certificates for QSW Federal application.
