my application revd cio on on 16 aug ,and i got PER/AOR on 9 nov ..It seems both per/aor in a single mail .
I think previously it was not like that ...so pls wait ???

Its PER that confirms your eligibility within the CAP

It is sent by CIC, NOva Scotia


AOR just denotes that your file has been recieved by your local VO

i have heard, now cio do not send AOR...is it true??
so how can an applicant confirm that their application has been received and falls within the CAP?

As for your query. Yes now AOR and PER are clubbed together.

And NO. PER does not indicate CAP update (as one of the members have outlined here). CAP update is just a completeness check and PER is Positive Eligibility Review. Poles apart.

IN THE APPLICATION MY EMAIL IS NOT MENTIONED AND AGENCY ADDRESS INS MENTIONED AS THE CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS.

SO THE CIO WILL SEND THE AOR AND PER/NER ONLY BY SURFACE MAIL AND IT TAKE TIME TO REACH ?????

as of the moment the September applicant is on process by the CIC. Some September applicant have received their PER only recently. For you as an October applicant, you still need to wait. On average, it takes about 3 months for Octoberians to receive the PER. Maybe in early January you may start to expect something.
