Federal Skilled Worker with IELTS copy

Hi,

A few months ago, I applied for permanent resident in Canada under Federal Skilled Worker category with arranged employment. They reject my application siting issues with Employment letter.
They never returned my application package, which had my original IELTS score and School Transcripts.

I want to re-apply for permanent residence as I have rectified the employment letter issue. However, I do not have not got my original IELTS which I can attach with the package.
I can ask for another copy from IELTS center but they will not mail it to me. They can send it to CIO directly.

Could someone please let me know if I can apply with a photocopy of IELTS score? If I need to send original, when should I send it, as I cannot include in my package?

yes u can have other copy from idp or british council . could u pls elaborate me wht kind of problem is that with ur employment letter? is there any mistakes in letter or not stated properly ? i am planning to apply for FSWP where i need to prepare Employee letter . could u pls guide me.....

In my employment letter there was a statement mentioning that I will be employed for at least 3 years.
CIC rejected my application saying it does not mean full-time opportunity (which is not my case).

I am planning to re-apply with correct employment letter.
Can you please tell me if I can send my application and later(after getting my application number), I can send IELTS score?

First of all you can send copy of IELTS..........and second without IELTS copy you cannot process your application .......and in AEO there duration of employment must be written for Indeterminate/permanent ......

I hope it helps. Try calling the toll free no. As per my knowledge they can issue u test scores again which is as good as ur ielts test report but its not exactly the same...

they issue but to third party in sealed envelope not to direct applicant .....but if some one sys its lost during transit then they can issue to you ........

Send a copy and write a cover letter why you sent it. IF your file is definitely with CIC, they will accept it. But if your file has been returned (or is on way to you), they won't have the original in front of them.
