Federal skilled worker section in the Application status section

Hi All,

The federal skilled worker section in the application status page after submitting my profile is shown as Not Met, but the score generated for my profile is identical to the score calculated in the calculator. I have another profile along with my spouse in which that section is shown as Met.

Could some one please help me understand the difference, and should I recreate my individual profile?

Calculate your FSW score and see how much you score. You need to score at least 67 points.

You first need to see if you are eligible with a minimum of 67 points. If you are then create a profile and calculate CRS score.

As per the requirement of qualification for FSW,
I have the below scores for the respective sections:
Level of Education - 128 points
crs - Canadian Education - 15 points
Work experience a - foreign work experience 26 points
b. Canadian work experience - 40 points
CRS - Arranged employment - 0 points (in both the profile. I have mentioned in my profile that I currently have a job under NOC category)

First official Language proficiency (IELTS) - 97 points

What is my profile missing. could you please help me

I know its the wrong thread but i need an urgent answer, please help. My case is kinda peculiar and critical. I need informed and experienced information, please.

I have a one year continuous work experience - February 2019-February 2020 after university education (NOC 4031 Secondary school teacher). That's basic and solid.

However, I want to claim three years work experience through the different jobs I did while studying, during strike actions, forced lockdowns and breaks.

For instance, I worked as a Legal Administrative Assistant (NOC 1242) or Paralegal all through my stay in school whenever there was any break. So here and there, I have 7 months, 6 months, 6 months (all same firm) 3 months (another law firm, same NOC duties). Am I good to go claiming these?

Expert opinions pls, and I am set to enter the pool.

Firstly, you should create a new thread for your query.

Secondly, to answer your query, you can claim points while studying if it was done outside Canada. The best approach would be to mention all your work experience in the EE profile and the system will calculate the points.

If you are eligible for CEC, why do you care if FSW is met or not.

Typical reasons for not meeting FSW are below.
Insufficient funds availability.
No 1 year continuous work in primary occupation.
Language scores below the threshold.

FSW points are different from CRS points, and you need minimum 67. See the link above.
