Hi I really hope someone can help me. I really dont know who to ask. I have a few questions:

1) When will the new NOC for 2012/2013 be published? I know it says 1 July 2012; however this is a Sunday so I wanted to know whether it will be on that day or on Monday?

2) Where do I see the NOC's for 2012/2013 - where do I go online to see what the new published list is?

3) The document checklist asks for Copies rather than originals - for the copies do I need to get these signed / verified by e.g. Lawyers etc.. or are the CIC content with the copies sent?

It doesn't say you need to get these verified (I think) - but I thought I would ask.

4) Do I need to register with the CICwebsite to get e.g. a applicant number? I am going to complete the IMM 0008 and I understand that has a barcode on it - is that all I need?

I would really really appreciate a response soon and thanks for reading this and helping me.

Look forward to hearing from you.

It's official now. Refer "Who Can Apply" area on CIC website where it is clearly written that ON OR AFTER 1ST JULY, 2012, only applicants with arranged employment and one under PHD Program can only apply under FSW plan.

Thanks Navneet. I published this and then read the other posts and realised. So dissapointed. I had all the papers ready and for no reason.

I would have to do the IELTS again and statement stuff again, probably the employer letters again too - very dissapointed in CIC. They should have stated this earlier. Such a waste of time.

Thank you !!

Hey dont feel soo low, as one thing is for sure when this pause will be stopped all applications will be accepted under JUST IN TIME SYSTEM.
Buddy it is better to wait 6 months before applying then to wait for 3 years like us after applying.
i am waiting from 2.5 years.dont feel low.
stay happy God always gives us right thing at right time in right way.
take care.

We are also applying under FSW, our docs were passed last july 1, im also a little bit disappointed by the news but on the second thought at least it will expedite our application. Hello,
I am mechanical engineer by profession (NOC 2132) & have permenant job offer from one of the employer in Ontario. I have received positive LMO for the same & got my work visa issued from delhi recently till 08/2014. I am planning to travel to Canada within two months from now. Could any one you guy please let me know if i should apply for PR under FSW category with arranged employement from New delhi before i go to Canada or i should first go to Canada start working there & then apply for PR under FSW with arranged employement from Canada? Which option would have less processing time? Also, I apply for PR in FSW from New Delhi, Will i be able to travel to Canada on work visa i received within two months of time from now? Thanks in advance for you reply.
-Gaurav

Good Morning, Gaurav: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/provincial.asp Shows 10 months processing time in ND.
Here is the link for Ontario PNP http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPWORKERS.html

I don't think they would open fsw again...
Heard so from few government officials.
