Federal skilled worker processing times

Hello,

I saw the following link showing processing times for federal skilled worker applications. I am in London therefore, it says 27 months. Is this the same time scales for federal skilled worker applications which have their occupation on the NOC with atleast one years experience?

the processing times are same for applicants with 1 or multiple years of experience.

Hello Friends,

My application for FSTC NOC 9232 with Certificate of Qualification was reached in CIO Office on April 30, 2014.
Please someone tell me if cap of 3000 applications is reached they will open my application packet or they will send it back to me as it is.

Please reply me quickly because i am worried about this.

But aren't those that have their career on the NOC fast tracked? If they need people with the right skills/experience then I am sure they will fast track these applications, rather than have to wait 2+ years for them to come into the country.
