No update...per Tim's last mail, court should order for granting leave on 28 Feb."The Court's order granting leave will be issued on or about February 28,
2014, a date 90 days prior to the hearing date in keeping with s. 74(b) of the
Immigration and Refugee Protection Act."

As those of you who check the Federal Court's website know, the Court has yet to act on DoJ agreement to consent to having our cases heard. I have no idea why the Court has been silent other than it may not having hearing date available within the next ninety days. However, when action occurs, it will be shown on the website even before I am notified. Thus, if you wonder if anything has happened, please go to the following link and insert IMM-1-13 and check the last entry (which currently is my February 13th confirmation that we are in agreement):

DOJ letter mentions 13th by which Court will issue detailed proceedings but now as court has still not acted on DOJ request,means Court or cic wanted to delay the proceedings .once court issue notice ,judgement must come with in 90 days.Court has not accepted DOJ request for hearing to start on 28th of feb and till date we can add up these extended days weeks to 28th may as suggested by DOJ. SO be patient and wait.

Ya...If they give date in March then it will be good because in July Aug there will be court holidays and we can expect anything not before Sep 2014....don't understand why they are delaying
