Thanks, i'm not even going to appeal. If we could not win a simple court case what is the changes of winning an appeal. I think we should all just leave it and apply under new FSW if you want to, i'm definately going to stay in home country as i've missed 10 years of my life as it is. Good luck to you all who are deciding to go on with the fight.

I feel really sorry for the litigants who were misled by the lawyers on the interpretation of the Charter.
When I tried to speak sense about the lawyer and the Charter, I was called many a things by people who are so thick that even their own God did not help them . For the lot, who had a go at me, I did promise, I would be back after the judgement to say

This not being insensitive to the cause of the pre-2008. But the Litigation, was not the right thing to do. My views were only directed at the lawyers , their agents here and the blind people here who would not take the right advise.

That's possibly one of the worst posts i have read on this board. No need for the sanctimonious crap. You know this has affected thousands and thousands of people and for you to gloat about it is in poor taste.

You may have been right about the outcome of the case but show a little compassion instead of acting like a ass. I actually pity you for being so small minded.

I am so sorry for all of you. I am one of the pre 2008 applicants too whose applications were not terminated. I feel your pain off course since I was almost in your situation.
But you should go on in life,,,, check New Zealand for example ,,,,I checked and found myself qualifying for it and would have applied if my application was terminated
