Federal Skilled Worker Class Action Lawsuit

Dear Memebrs & Especially Newbie:

Please read this before post as it will help to understand. The Judgement hopefully applicable to all litigant as well as non litigants

1. Ecase show Inprocess, Missing or blank or whatsoever,
2. Medical done still no progress since....,
3. I received email that says ... due to long term and ,.......
4. I am not litigant and whish to join, is it now possible....
5. Got refund check what to do, should I submit it or wait.
6. I applied for refund but still no news...
7. Process timings are now increased in my VO.
8. Process timings over in my case but my process still not complete.
9. If we lose can we file appeal.

In all such and similar suitations. Do not worry and wait for the Judgement by the end of March 2013

Hi, I just got my refund without any documentation with it and just few days ago my status on ecas was blank and sometimes not appearing!! Is there any hope still?

Plus I wanted to know if filing a lawsuit NOW will actually do anything like the 900 applicants? Is the decision/judgement for only those litigants or ALL of us pre-2008 applicants?

Hi MissHappy, sorry to hear about the refund but there is hope for all the Pre Feb 2008. So cheer up and join in the prayer for a favourable verdict for all by the end of March.
 
Result of litigation will be like this most probably:

900 litigants from pre june judgement to be given priority procesing within two months i.e. by 31 st may 2013.

rest of the litigants be second priority processing i.e. with in six months.

rest all backlogged non litigants to be heared in supreme court and cod take nearly two years period and unclear future.

Hello, sorry to know. However, was your ecas directly changed to blank or first decision made(DM) then blank? What is your visa office?

i need basic information on police clearance certificate......
i am from india and working on employment pass in singapore for last 2-3 years now.do i need PCC from both the countries??
when should i process for PCC? should i wait for requesting letter from CIC? OR NEED TO OBTAIN IT BEFORE APPLYING FOR FSWP?
