If he would be practising law during suspension this would result in another disciplinary action, probably an ultimate license revocation. So, i do not think you are right in your statement; btw, his suspension is only in effect from February, 1st this year. But as it was mentioned here, it is not the first time he has troubles with LSUC and since he is refusing to collaborate with them i wouldn't expect a prompt resolution, so if i were his customer I would start to worry.
On the other hand, if the other lawyers win, Leahy's clients will automatically benefit from that decision, therefore it looks like he is at all redundant.

I hope you are making this answer up. He can't continue to practice law while suspended. It's illegal. If he's really doing that then you should expect him to be disbarred (i.e. lose the right to practice law permanently).

When I came out of canada after my studies and my VISA got expired, I cried in the airport. But after waiting 7 yrs for immigration and hearing all this bloody LAWS and cases my Mind says Is it worth going to CANADA now after all this drama? BUT heart says CANADA is my dream place to live happily...

BTW... anybody got any communication from New Dlhi Visa Office, still waiting for some kind of communication... either YES or NO

I joined this forum thinking i would get answers to the hundreds of questions i have regarding the backlog issue, but I’ve been noticing some members constantly invoke the names of their gods and write in their own languages, I would like to advise them to keep their religious beliefs to themselves, I would also like to ask them a question as to why are they trying to immigrate to a western country where people don’t believe in their god and speak their language? Have they assumed that all of us stuck in this so called backlog are like them ?

You are not correct by your above words.In every country of the world people of every religion live . In india also all religions are found similar to canada or ---. i must say eg sikhism 2% of sikh of total population live in india and in canad it is more than 2% of their population.similar figures are for other religions. So please correct if you still has some doubt.

I am not talking about who is correct, I'm just saying that people should keep their beliefs to themselves, all of us in this mess don't follow their religion and I find it offensive when people try and impose their beliefs on me. I have every right to be in the forum but i don't want the blessings of other gods. If you want to take the name of GOD use is in general without a particular name.
