I wonder if we can re-apply for fsw if you join the appeal?my skill is included on the new list of profession for fsw.

CIC allows dual intent/multiple applications. So if you appeal the rejection of your old application there is nothing to stop you simultaneously applying under the new FSWP May 4th intake.

Be aware that some NOCs, particularly computing NOCs 2174 and 2147, are expected to fill very quickly, so don't dally if you intend to apply in the 2013 intake!

Just a quick question, does it really deserve to wait 6 to 7 years to get the Canadian Visa?

3 years to get the CSQ
3 years (37 months) to get the Visa

assuming that i'm extreemely luck to be selected, hhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Everybody,, Please note $150 is VOLUNTARY. Mario is ready to file with you as an applicant and the only mandatory thing for a person to do is to sign the retainer. Again $150 is VOLUNTARY NOT MANDATORY. I talked with their firm today, signed the retainer and I am in. I know the chances are very slim but no harm in filing as long as I dont have to pay again. Also this option is only open to litigants who were part of the previous appeal. I know lawyers have earned quiet a bit of money through this appeal but still this is a nice gesture from them

to whom should i contact to get the thorough knowledge about it. i did my medical in June 2012. they asked us to pay rfpf fee and asked to send the passports which i did on time but later cic said that i am under the background check. pls respond me again. thank you in advance.

s87.4 is the newly passed law which affects to pending FSW cases. I was also under background check and my case is affected now as per CAIPS. What is your visa office and which country you live currently. My advice is you to check ur CAIPS.

Applicants under FSW1 , FSW2 and FSW 3 are being processed and their applications will be processed.
