if the decision goes against CIC, they will file for an appeal...
Not sure though if the litigants will.....

if we win CIC will go for appeal and if they win only the ligitans will go for appeal. So there is no victory now. Just an outcome or a result of the efforts made earlier.

Just my gut feeling if any info has to come then it would be def tomorrow. After that its a long holiday ( Thursday- Sunday ) or the wait will be longggggg.

I wish the best for the Litigant's future. An immigrant has a true concern for his fellow immigrant unlike a few leeches who twist the interpretation of the law knowingly that it would fail.

Did , any of the lawyers speak about the outcome of this litigation as being an appeal in the supreme court when they took the money from litigants? NO THEY DID NOT.

Now, after 3 days in court and the long wait, they are all speaking about an appeal in Supreme Court even before the verdict is out!

I wonder if the Chief Justice would even read what Tim gave him after the ban and reason for his ban.

29th March being Good Friday holiday, I don't see any verdict coming this week. Most probably we will have outcome of this litigation by second week of April.

There is not any kind of Quota of 20000 applicants, which Kenney promised. Don't live in false hope. Kenney is not man of his words. He is big Cheat and BLACK SPOT on Canada. Nobody is INPROCESS out of 300000 people. All are terminated by Kenney & party. Now only Decision of Canadian court can be waited before our NEXT STEP if Canadian Court's believes in Justice and give justice. Now, Time to check that why Canada is given HUMAN RIGHT AWARD every year. Waiting for decision..
