Hello Everyone,
Greetings from the Philippines.
May I request for your advise. I filed my application for permanent residency in September 2005, and upon learning about the termination and the request for refund, I complied with the said instruction to complete and submit the refund form last October 19, 2012, and now I can no longer access my information in ECAS.
When I found out only 3 weeks ago about the Facebook Prospective Canadian Immigrant group and learned about the court case filed against CIC, I immediately wrote them saying that I am no longer interested in the refund, but instead, I want them to continue processing the application I filed in 2005.
Kindly share your ideas on my above situation.
I waited more than 7 long years and gave up several overseas job opportunities hoping that the day will come for me to be able to live permanently in Canada. Not to mention the mental agony and stress during the long waiting period.
Any help or advise will be highly appreciated.
Thank you.
I declare victory to our pending applications.
