Federal Skilled Trades stream PR timeline

Hi everyone! Great forum. Would like to ask if anybody know the PR processing timeline for Federal Skilled Trades (FST) stream? We applied on 31 October 2016 and according to an agent I spoke to a few minutes ago, there are no timeline connected to this stream and we can phone back end of summer September 2017)?????? I am blown away by this response as our initial AOR letter stated it will take 6 months...
