Federal skilled trades program

Too much stress about this.
I applied PR through federal skilled trades program and I uploaded all of my documents on December 2019.
But I'm still waiting for final decision.
Is there anyone like me?

Also, I've been thinking quitting my current job and move to another place, just curious if it's okay to do that. Or it's better to stay on same job? Since my application is still processing?
