Federal skilled Trades EE profile and ITA

Dear friends,

I created FSTC profile after meeting all criteria except approved LMIA. Although, Canadian employer is pursuing lmia process but EE says profile INELIGIBLE.

Is it mandatory to have lmia approved before creating EE profile?

Please share your experience.

Nope. LMIA is not mandatory to create a profile. You might be hitting something wrong. Check again.

I have not got my ECA done which i hope is not required. for FSTC.

i entered my possible employer information who is ready with a full time/perm job offer as a Cabinetmaker but LMIA is not approved.
so i checked no arranged employment.
and it says profile INELIGIBLE?

please help
